What we collect, and why
Only what each form asks for, to provide the service you request: for example your name and contact details to reply to you, information about your studies or work to plan your sessions, and accessibility needs to arrange accommodations. We ask for optional information only where it helps, and you can leave it out.
Two separate permissions
Every form asks your permission to use your details for the service you requested. Updates about webinars and programmes are a separate, optional choice. Saying no to updates never affects the service you receive.
Young people under 18
We work with under-18s only with the agreement of a parent or guardian, whom we contact to confirm.
Sensitive information
Information about health, disability or accommodation needs is seen only by the staff arranging your support, and is never used for marketing or shown in public reports.
Where your information is stored
Form submissions are sent to our team's email (Zoho Mail) through Zoho Flow, and kept there. Payments are processed by Paystack; we do not receive or store card details or Mobile Money PINs. This website is hosted on Cloudflare.
Research and reports
Public reports and dashboards use only grouped, anonymised figures. We never share information that identifies you with research partners without your separate, explicit consent and an approved agreement.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed for your service and our legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw permission for updates, by emailing [email protected] or messaging us on WhatsApp.
Analytics
If we use website analytics, it measures page visits and whether forms were sent or payments completed. It never records what you type into a form.
