Payment and donation terms

How payments work

Payments are made in Ghana cedis (GHS) by Mobile Money or card through Paystack. You receive an email receipt when the payment succeeds. The amount is always set by MyBigMove: for fixed-price services from our published fees, and for programmes from the quotation we sent you.

Sessions

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to move or cancel a session. Payments for sessions cancelled with notice can be moved to a new date.

Programmes and quotations

Payment terms for school and organisation programmes are set out in the quotation or agreement.

Refunds

If something goes wrong with a payment, contact us at [email protected] with your payment reference and we will put it right. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Sponsorships and donations

Donations are used for the purpose you chose, or where most needed if you did not choose. We recognise sponsors in the way they asked: by name, anonymously, with a logo, or in impact reports.
