Languages

Tell us which language you prefer when you contact us: English, plain English (simple words), Twi, Ga, Ewe, Dagbani or Hausa. We match it wherever we can, and arrange an interpreter when we cannot.

Accommodations

An accommodation is any change that helps you take part fully. For example:

  • Extra time
  • Someone to read aloud, or voice guidance
  • An interpreter
  • Simplified or alternative materials
  • Help with travel, mobility or timing
  • One-to-one assistance
  • Assistive technology

How to request an accommodation

  1. Send a request

Use the form, call, or send a voice note. Tell us only what you are comfortable sharing.

  2. We acknowledge it

We confirm we have your request within 3 working days.

  3. We agree a plan with you

We talk with you about what will help, and agree it together.

  4. It is in place

Before your session or programme starts.

Information about your needs is kept private and seen only by the staff arranging your accommodation.

This website

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. The site works with a keyboard and screen readers, can be zoomed to 200% or more, and loads quickly on slower mobile connections. No form needs large downloads or voice tools to be sent.

If anything on this site is hard to use, please tell us at [email protected] or on WhatsApp, and we will help you another way and fix the problem.
